2.Big particle submersible sand suction pump

The diameter of particles allowed by conventional submersible sand suction pump is generally between 10-60mm, most of which are around 21mm. When the diameter of the extracted medium is larger than the maximum particle size or there are large garbage branches, the bottom sand screen will be blocked by stone particles or garbage, which will affect the use of the sand suction pump. If the sand screen is removed, pebbles or garbage entering the pump casing will jam the impeller, causing damage to the impeller and increasing the difficulty of cleaning. Based on the advantages of conventional submersible sand suction pumps, our company optimizes the pump structure for the working conditions with big particles and the working environment with garbage and weeds, which greatly improves the flow capacity of the submersible centrifugal sand pump. The largest passing particle can reach 178mm.

The big particle submersible dredge pump is upgraded on the basis of the original submersible sand suction pump and big particle suction pump. First of all, the pump casing and impeller of the big particle sand suction pump were modified to replace the original submersible sand suction pump casing and impeller, and the number of impeller blades was changed from 4 to 3. This makes the width of the flow channel greatly increased, and general particles and garbage weeds are no longer easy to cause blockage. Second, the thickness of the pump casing, impeller and guard plate is increased, and the wear resistance of the sand suction pump is improved. Third, in order to obtain better passability, the stirring impeller at the bottom of the submersible centrifugal sand pump is removed, so that the suction port of the sand pump directly contacts the sand layer. Fourth, hydraulic drive has also been added to the drive power. The hydraulic drive has stable input power and strong anti-overload capability. Motor drive and hydraulic drive can be flexibly selected, and power configuration can be made according to actual working conditions.

The big particle submersible sand suction pump is especially suitable for working conditions that contain more particles and more weeds. The unique structure design solves the problem of impeller blockage. Agitators and high-pressure water pipes can also be installed on both sides of the pump body for better matching effect. In view of the large specific gravity of big particle media, if too big particles are extracted, precipitation is likely to occur during the transportation process, causing pipeline blockage. Therefore, the currently submersible centrifugal sand pumps are available in 6-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch models, with the largest particles passing through 82mm, 127mm and 178mm respectively. And when using this type of sand suction pump to pump media containing big particles, it is not recommended to use a single pump to transport too far, and it can work with other land relay pumps.

When the motor-driven submersible dredge pump is operated underwater, because of its low visibility and complicated underwater working conditions, sometimes the motor overloads due to high concentration may occur.
